A S M Ismail Khan, born on January 1, 1970, in Kutubdia, Cox’s Bazar, is a respected Bangladeshi entrepreneur and social contributor. With a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Chittagong, he has built a career rooted in strategic business development and civic responsibility.

Mr. Khan is the Managing Director of Flora Agro Food & Beverage Ltd, Managing Director of Falguni Traders Ltd., Chairman of KBF Limited, Chittagong, and Chairman of NONGOR BD PLC. His professional journey spans 14 years in food and toiletries marketing and management, along with 9 years in the Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) sector. His leadership has helped shape efficient supply chains and consumer-focused operations.

Beyond business, Mr. Khan is deeply involved in social initiatives. He chairs the Alhaj Abdus Sattar Foundation and serves as President of Nongor. His past roles include Executive Member of the Chittagong C&F Agent Association and President of the Chittagong Drinking Water Manufacturer Association. He also contributes as Joint Secretary of Kutubdia Shomity, Chittagong.

His international exposure includes visits to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Brunei, and China, enriching his global perspective. Currently residing in Agrabad, Chittagong, Mr. Khan continues to lead with integrity, vision, and a commitment to both enterprise and community.
