Biography
Chowdhury Md. Momtaz Uddin Kutubi is a veteran Bangladeshi businessman and former government contractor whose career has spanned decades of contribution to national infrastructure and grassroots development. Born on February 26, 1952, in South Dhurung Bazar, Kutubdia, Cox’s Bazar, he holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and has applied analytical precision to both business and public service.
From 1975 to 2005, Mr. Kutubi served as a 1st Class Contractor for key government bodies including LGED, Chittagong Zilla Parishad, the Water Development Board, and the Roads & Highways Department. His work played a vital role in shaping regional infrastructure across Chittagong and beyond.
Currently, he serves as Director of Flora Agro Food & Beverage Ltd., continuing his engagement in industrial development. Alongside his business pursuits, Mr. Kutubi remains actively involved in various social organizations, madrasas, and mosques, reflecting a lifelong commitment to faith-based service and community upliftment.
