Mohammed Rafiqul Islam Bhuiyan is a seasoned Bangladeshi entrepreneur whose career reflects a blend of international business leadership and regional development. Born on March 5, 1962, in Chittagong, he holds an M.Sc. (Hons) degree and has built a distinguished career across the Middle East and Bangladesh.

Mr. Bhuiyan serves as Managing Director of Al Amwaj-Al Aliya General Trading & Company in Sharjah and is the Operational Manager and Managing Partner of Apollo Enterprise in Doha, Qatar. His leadership extends to Bangladesh as Vice Chairman of Mansura Properties Ltd., Park View Hospital Ltd., He also holds directorships at Bio-Pharma Ltd. in Dhaka and Delta Health Care Ltd. in Chittagong.

Beyond his corporate roles, Mr. Bhuiyan is a committed community figure. He is President of the Sandwip Association in Qatar and serves as Advisor to the Chittagong Association, Qatar—demonstrating his dedication to diaspora engagement and cultural preservation.
